   Match the model name exactly

   The pack name has to match the kit name. Even within one brand line, sub-versions vary. A Caliburn G3 pod won't fit a Caliburn G2. The pod from your last pack is your reference.

   Buy in twos at minimum

   A 2-pack covers two to four weeks of regular use. A 3-pack stretches that to a month-plus. Lighter flavour profiles get more out of each.

   Authentic only

   We stock authentic packs from the manufacturer. Generic 'fits Caliburn' pods rarely wick right and almost always burn early.

1. 01

   Drip onto the cotton

   Three to five drops of e-liquid on the cotton through the pod's juice well. Fill it. Let it sit five minutes before the first pull. Skipping this is the most common reason a brand-new pod tastes burnt.

2. 02

   Don't run pods dry

   Refill before the pod drops below a third. A near-empty pod dries the cotton between pulls and shortens its life noticeably.

• How do I know which pod fits my kit?+

  Look at the pod from your last pack. The model code printed on it is the same code on the pack of the replacements. Sub-versions like 'Pro' or 'Plus' are model differences, not interchangeable variants.

• How long does a refillable pod last?+

  One to two weeks of regular use. Sweet or dark juice profiles trim that to five to ten days. Flavour going muted is the signal to swap — pushing past muted into burnt can damage the device threading.

• Why does my pod keep leaking?+

  Almost always either an over-tightened o-ring or a coil that wasn't fully primed. Empty the pod, prime properly, and don't crank the cap past finger-tight.

• Are generic replacement pods okay?+

  Sometimes yes, often no. Branded pods wick consistently and the coils are matched to the kit's wattage. Generics fit inconsistently and the failure rate is higher. We carry both for popular kits and label them clearly.
