What ships in the box

The kit itself plus at least one starter coil or pre-installed pod. Charge cable usually included. Spare pods are not — pick up a 2-pack the second time in.

Chemistry for this kit

Pod kits are tuned for salt nicotine, usually 10 to 20 mg. Drop in 3 mg freebase and the flavour goes thin. Match the chemistry to the device first.

Pods aren't universal

The pod you'll refill is specific to this kit. Generic pods that 'kind of fit' rarely wick right. The compatibility panel below lists confirmed parts.

Pocket or counter

Smaller kits sit flatter in jeans. Larger pods give more battery and longer juice runs. Decide by how you'll carry it, not by spec sheet.

Pre-filled vs refill-from-bottle

Pre-filled pods are closer to disposables in feel. Refill-from-bottle is cheaper monthly and lets you pick any e-liquid on the shelf.

One kit or two

Heavy sweet flavours wreck coils faster. If you rotate a bold candy bottle with a cleaner profile, running two kits side by side stretches both bottles.

Prime fresh pods properly

Drip three to five drops on the cotton through the wicking holes. Fill the pod. Wait five minutes before the first pull. Skipping the wait is the most common reason a new pod tastes burnt.

Sip, don't chain

Cotton needs a few seconds between pulls to re-soak. Five pulls in a row gives the coil a dry hit on the back half. The kit lasts longer when you breathe between draws.

Realistic pod lifespan

One to two weeks of regular use. Sweet bottles trim that to five to ten days. Flavour going muted is the signal to swap — don't push it to outright burnt.
