How do I dispose of it safely?

Drop it off at any Cloud Haven location for lithium battery recycling. Don't put it in household trash — even a 'dead' disposable still has lithium that can ignite under pressure.

Are these Health Canada compliant?

Every disposable on this site meets the federal cap of 20 mg/mL nicotine and is excise-stamped for the province it ships to. Devices claiming more than ~10K puffs are typically not compliant — we don't stock those.
